My Product Returns
If you have a problem with the product you purchased that cannot be solved by technical support or sales staff, you can request a refund. Please fill out the product return form as the first step.
This form must be completed completely. You will be answered as soon as possible.
Return the products in their original packaging. Inadequate packaging may result in product return requests that are damaged. Please use an outer protective case to prevent damage during transport. Food, beverage and software products are not accepted for return.
