Serdaroğlu Şirketler Grubu A.Ş. was founded in 1978 for the production and trading purposes of Public Health Pest Control Medicines and Spraying Machines, and engaged in pharmaceutical trade by outsourcing the limited number of its own licensed public health medicines over the years.

After the year of 2000, R&D practices were focused and the number of licensed medicines increased rapidly.

In 2017, İLMAK A.Ş. and ULFOG A.Ş., which are two oldest Turkish companies in the field of Biocidal Product, incorporated into our company. Serdaroğlu Şirketler Grubu continues its avtivities in İzmir AOSB(Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone).

Aiming to improve its Production and Service quality by renewing its engineering and technical staff, Serdaroğlu Şirketler Grubu A.Ş. has received ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System); ISO 14001:2015(Environmental Management System); TS EN ISO 18001:2007 (OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety); TSE HYB (Service Competence Certificate).
